How do I purchase products on the website?
Purchasing products on colorsbite.com is a very simple process. You can select the product you like and the quantity and add it to your cart. Check out is an easy two-step process:
- You login with the pre-registered ID or sign up on the website or even you can place order as Guest ( without sign up).
- Fill your billing and shipping details.
You can place your order on our site and select the provided below payment options as per your conveneince. Once the order is received, we will call you to confirm the order within 24 hours. Upon confirmation, an email will be sent to you at every step in the process.
What are the payment options available?
We have three secure payment options available:
- Direct Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS etc.)
- Pickup from our Outlet
How does cash on delivery work?
Once the order is confirmed, the products will be sent via a third party courier service within 6 to 10 working days(Excluding Saturday & Sunday). You have to make the payment in cash on receiving the order. Each order has Rs.20 cash on delivery charge.
Do I have to pay Rs.20 COD charges per product?
No. We do not charge on shipping of individual products, however, this COD amount is chargeable on every individual bill, irrespective of number of products in the bill.
How do I make a Direct Bank Transfer?
If you wish to pre-pay for an order, you can contact us after placing the order upon which you’ll be given the bank details for a direct transfer. In such cases, we reserve the order for two working days until your payment is received.
How do I pick up my Order from the Outlet?
If you wish to pick the products yourself from our Outlet, you can contact us after placing the order and fix a time and date for the pick-up. Cash payment is to be made at the time of the pick-up. For such orders, we reserve the products for two days.
Where is our Outlet?
We have a Studio/Workshop located at Pune. Call us to know the details. (by appointment only).
Where all does Colorsbite ship?
At present, we have limited to shipping our products only within India. We cover the entire country almost. However, there maybe some pin codes to which COD feature is not applicable. In-case your order falls under that category, we will intimate you and provide the possible payment options immediately.
What happens after I place my order?
Once the order is received we will call you to confirm your order within 24 hours. If you are unreachable or unable to attend the call, please contact us on +918237304473 to confirm your order.
What happens if I don’t confirm my order?
We block the product for 24 hours until a confirmation is received. If the order is not confirmed, your order is considered cancelled.
When will my order be shipped?
Your order is shipped within 24 hours after the confirmation call. You will also receive an email, once the order is shipped.
How do I track my order?
At every step in the order process, you will be informed by email. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details of our shipping partner. You can track the order on their website.
What if I want to cancel my order?
You can cancel your order at the time of the confirmation call. If you have confirmed your order, but wish to cancel it later, you can do so by contacting us at +919970015054 any time before the order is shipped. Once your order is shipped, we do not accept cancellations.
What if I don’t want to accept the order at the time of the delivery?
Once your order is shipped, we do not accept cancellations, unless you have received a wrong product or if the product is damaged in transit.
What if I want to return a product I ordered?
We do not accept returns on any products unless, the product is found damaged on delivery or you have received a wrong product. Returns will be processed only after verification.
What if I receive a defective or damaged product?
Before shipping, our products are thoroughly scanned by our quality control. However, we request you to check the products before accepting and making the payment. If a product is found defective/damaged, please return it to our delivery partner along with the defect description in writing. We request you to send us a picture by email if the product is found defective on delivery. We will send you a replacement if available in stock.
What if I didn’t check the product at the time of accepting?
We don’t accept returns if the product is found defective after making the payment in case of COD. If you purchase through a Direct Bank Transfer, and the product is found defective or damaged, Please contact us immediately in front of delivery boy after receiving the product. We will send you a replacement or your money would be refunded upon verification.
What if the product I want is out of stock?
All our products are in limited quantities. If you wish to order the product which is out of stock on the website, you can contact us and we will try our best to fulfill your request.
Do you do customized orders?
Yes, we do customized orders. To place customized orders, please contact us.
Do you do bulk orders?
Yes, we do bulk orders for certain products. For such orders, contact us.
Can I use colorsbite.com to send gifts to others?
Yes, you can send gifts to others. For such orders, the payment will have to be made via Direct Bank Transfer. Your order would be gift wrapped with a personalized message from you. To mark your order as a gift, please send us a mail upon placing the order .(Note….30 RS Extra will be charged for gift wrapping.)
